Refund Policy

Hazy Content is operated by Hazy Content LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://hazycontent.com, including subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, livestream purchases, and any other digital products or services offered on the Platform.

1. General Policy

All products and services offered through Hazy Content are digital in nature and are delivered electronically immediately following successful payment processing through (Name of Payment Processor).

Because digital content cannot be returned once access has been granted, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in this Refund Policy.

No physical products are sold or shipped through the Platform.

Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all purchases made through Hazy Content are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to digital content and services that cannot be returned once access has been granted.

2. No Refunds

Hazy Content LLC does not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds for, including but not limited to:

• Monthly or recurring subscriptions;
• Pay-per-view content;
• Individual content purchases;
• Tips or gratuities paid to creators;
• Livestream purchases or access fees;
• Messages, digital media, or other digital content;
• Unused subscriptions or unused account balances;
• Dissatisfaction with content, creators, or personal preferences;
• Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before its renewal date;
• Temporary inability to access the Platform due to internet connectivity, user device issues, or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will generally not be issued unless Hazy Content LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The Company has violated its own Terms of Service in connection with the transaction;
• A refund is required by applicable law; or
• A verified billing error or unauthorized transaction has occurred and the Company determines that a refund is appropriate after investigation.

The decision to issue or deny a refund rests solely with Hazy Content LLC, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Subscribers will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period unless the account or content is removed in accordance with the Terms of Service.

5. Violations of the Terms of Service

If Hazy Content LLC determines that a user has violated the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Creator Agreement, or any other Platform policy, the Company may suspend or terminate the user's account without refund.

Likewise, if Hazy Content LLC determines that it has failed to comply with its obligations under the Terms of Service in a manner that materially affects a transaction, the Company may, at its sole discretion or as required by law, issue an appropriate refund or account credit.

6. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact Hazy Content LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Hazy Content LLC and (Name of Payment Processor) reserve the right to investigate disputed transactions, unauthorized payments, suspected fraud, and chargebacks.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, account termination, loss of access to purchased content, reversal of creator payouts where permitted by law, and recovery actions as permitted by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with the applicable financial institution and to provide relevant transaction records in support of its position.

7. Changes to This Policy

Hazy Content LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated policy on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
