1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Hazy Content infringes your copyright, submit a written notice containing:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information provided is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

2. Removal of Content

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Hazy Content may:

• Remove content
• Restrict access
• Suspend accounts
• Investigate alleged infringement

3. Counter-Notification

If content was removed in error, the affected user may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Contact information
• Identification of removed material
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken
• Consent to applicable jurisdiction requirements

4. Repeat Infringers

Hazy Content maintains a repeat-infringer policy.

Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be permanently terminated.

5. False Claims

Submitting knowingly false copyright claims may result in account suspension, legal liability, and other remedies available under applicable law.

6. Other Intellectual Property

This policy also applies to complaints involving:

• Trademarks
• Rights of publicity
• Impersonation
• Unauthorized commercial use of identity
