18+ Age Restriction & Verification Policy

Hazy Content ("Platform") is operated by Hazy Content LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

This 18+ Age Restriction and Verification Policy applies to all users, creators, subscribers, visitors, performers, and other individuals accessing or using the Platform.

1. Adults-Only Platform

Hazy Content is intended exclusively for adults.

No individual under eighteen (18) years of age may:

• Access the Platform;
• Create an account;
• View content;
• Purchase content;
• Upload content;
• Participate in livestreams;
• Use messaging features;
• Receive payouts;
• Appear in creator content.

Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Age of Majority Requirement

Users must be:

• At least eighteen (18) years old; and
• The age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

Where local law establishes a higher age requirement, users must satisfy that higher requirement.

3. Mandatory Age Verification

Hazy Content LLC reserves the right to require age and identity verification for any user at any time.

Verification may be required for account registration, creator onboarding, subscriber access, content purchases, livestream access, account recovery, fraud prevention, fraud investigation, payment processor compliance, legal compliance, and security reviews.

Verification procedures may involve third-party verification providers, including Yoti, and may be coordinated with (Name of Payment Processor) where necessary to satisfy payment network, fraud prevention, or regulatory requirements.

Access to certain features may require successful completion of age verification procedures.

4. Third-Party Verification Provider

Hazy Content LLC utilizes approved service providers to assist with age and identity verification.

Verification may include review of:

• Government-issued identification;
• Selfie photographs;
• Identity verification data;
• Date of birth information;
• Fraud-prevention information;
• Other information reasonably necessary to verify age and identity.

Users authorize Hazy Content LLC to:

• Share verification information with our selected third party verification service providers;
• Receive verification results from our selected third party verification service providers;
• Use verification outcomes to determine eligibility for Platform access.

Verification providers operate independently and may maintain their own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Successful verification does not guarantee approval, continued access, or creator status.

5. Creator Verification Requirements

Before publishing content or receiving payouts, creators must successfully complete all verification requirements established by Hazy Content LLC.

Creators may be required to provide:

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address;
• Verified email address;
• Government-issued photo identification;
• Standalone selfie photograph;
• Selfie photograph holding identification next to the creator's face;
• Banking information;
• Tax documentation;
• Additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company.

Creators located in the United States may additionally be required to provide:

• IRS Form W-9;
• Social Security Number;
• Taxpayer Identification Number.

6. Performer Age Requirements

Every individual appearing in creator content must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time content is created.

No exceptions are permitted.

Creators are responsible for verifying the age of all performers appearing in their content.

7. Performer Verification and Consent

Creators must maintain documentation demonstrating:

• Identity of each performer;
• Age of each performer;
• Voluntary consent of each performer;
• Authorization to publish and distribute content through Hazy Content.

Creators must provide documentation to Hazy Content LLC upon request.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in:

• Content removal;
• Suspension of payouts;
• Account suspension;
• Account termination.

8. Zero-Tolerance Policy Regarding Minors

Hazy Content maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:

• Content involving minors;
• Child sexual abuse material;
• Simulated content depicting minors;
• Grooming activity;
• Exploitation of minors;
• Attempts to evade age verification;
• False age representations.

Any suspected violation may result in:

• Immediate account termination;
• Content removal;
• Preservation of evidence;
• Reporting to law enforcement;
• Cooperation with governmental authorities.

9. Re-Verification

Hazy Content LLC may require users, creators, performers, or account holders to complete additional verification procedures at any time.

Reasons may include:

• Compliance reviews;
• Fraud prevention;
• Suspicious activity;
• Identity discrepancies;
• Legal obligations;
• Payment processor requirements.

Failure to complete re-verification may result in restrictions or termination.

10. Geographic Restrictions

Because age-verification and adult-content laws vary by jurisdiction, Hazy Content LLC may restrict access to the Platform or specific features based on a user's location.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Deny access;
• Require additional verification;
• Disable features;
• Restrict services;

where necessary to comply with applicable law or business requirements.

11. False Information

Providing false, misleading, altered, forged, stolen, or fraudulent verification information is strictly prohibited.

Accounts associated with fraudulent verification may be:

• Suspended;
• Terminated;
• Reported to authorities where appropriate.

12. Compliance Reviews and Audits

The Company reserves the right to conduct compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and verification checks relating to age verification, performer consent, identity verification, and legal compliance.

Users and creators agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests.

13. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy supplements and operates alongside:

• Terms of Service;

• Creator Agreement;
• Performer Consent & Age Recordkeeping Policy;
• Community Guidelines;
• Copyright and DMCA Policy;
• Adult Content Disclaimer.

Where a conflict exists, the stricter requirement shall apply.

14. Policy Updates

Hazy Content LLC may update this Policy at any time to address legal, regulatory, operational, security, or compliance requirements.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised policies constitutes acceptance of those changes.
