Creator Advertising & Content Representation Policy

This Creator Advertising, Subscriber Expectations, and Content Representation Policy ("Policy") applies to all users, creators, subscribers, visitors, and other persons accessing or using Hazy Content ("Platform"), which is owned and operated by Hazy Content LLC ("Hazy Content," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

This Policy is intended to clarify the responsibilities of creators and subscribers with respect to creator page descriptions, previews, promotional materials, advertising statements, subscription offerings, pay-per-view content, livestream access, direct messages, and other creator-provided content or services made available through the Platform.

1. Platform Role

Hazy Content is a technology platform that enables independent creators to publish, promote, sell, and distribute digital content to subscribers.

Hazy Content LLC does not create creator content, does not control creator statements, and does not independently verify the accuracy of each creator's page description, promotional materials, previews, advertisements, messaging, or representations concerning the content offered through the Platform.

Creators operate their own pages and are solely responsible for how they describe, market, advertise, preview, and present their content and services.

2. No Guarantee of Creator Content, Offerings, or Representations

Hazy Content LLC does not guarantee that:

• a creator's subscription page will contain any particular quantity, type, quality, frequency, style, or category of content;
• content available after subscription will match previews, teasers, descriptions, captions, marketing statements, profile bios, thumbnails, banners, sample media, or promotional materials displayed before subscription or purchase;
• a creator will post content at any specific frequency or maintain any particular schedule;
• a creator will respond to messages, fulfill subscriber requests, offer custom content, livestream, or provide any specific level of engagement;
• pay-per-view content, subscriber-only content, bundles, tips, or other purchases will meet a subscriber's subjective expectations;
• content offered by a creator will remain available for any minimum period of time.

Subscribers understand and agree that creator pages, previews, bios, captions, and promotional materials may reflect the creator's own representations and are not promises or guarantees made by Hazy Content LLC.

3. Creator Responsibility for Advertising and Representations

Each creator is solely responsible for all advertising, marketing, previews, promotional statements, descriptions, promises, representations, offers, and disclosures made in connection with the creator's page, content, subscription, pay-per-view content, direct messages, livestreams, or other offerings on the Platform.

Creators may not make false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate statements regarding:

• the type of content available through subscription;
• the amount or frequency of content posting;
• whether certain content is included in a subscription;
• whether additional fees are required to access particular content;
• whether custom content, messaging, or livestream access will be provided;
• whether a performer, theme, or type of content will appear on the creator's page;
• whether a subscriber will receive any guaranteed result, access level, or response.

Creators remain fully liable for any false, deceptive, misleading, or unlawful advertising or content representations they make.

4. Subscriber Assumption of Risk

By subscribing to a creator, purchasing pay-per-view content, sending tips, or otherwise paying for access to creator content, subscribers acknowledge and agree that:

• they are purchasing access to content and services offered by an independent creator;
• Hazy Content LLC does not guarantee that a creator's page or content will match any preview, marketing statement, profile description, sample image, teaser, message, or other promotional representation made by the creator;
• dissatisfaction with the nature, quality, quantity, style, frequency, or availability of creator content does not, by itself, create liability for Hazy Content LLC;
• creators may change the nature, frequency, pricing, style, themes, or availability of their content at any time, subject to applicable law and Platform policies.

Subscribers assume responsibility for evaluating whether to subscribe to or purchase content from a creator.

5. No Liability for Creator Misrepresentation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazy Content LLC shall not be liable for any loss, disappointment, dissatisfaction, claim, or damages arising from a creator's false advertising, misleading statements, inaccurate descriptions, failure to provide expected content, failure to post content, failure to respond to subscribers, or failure to deliver content matching a subscriber's expectations.

This includes, without limitation, claims arising from:

• differences between previewed content and content actually available after subscription;
• creator descriptions that overstate or misrepresent the creator's offerings;
• creator promises regarding posting schedules, custom content, messaging, or access;
• creator removal of content after a subscription is purchased;
• creator failure to deliver content consistent with page advertising or subscriber expectations.

6. Company Enforcement Rights

Although Hazy Content LLC is not responsible for creator advertising claims or subscriber expectations, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate creator conduct and take enforcement action where a creator appears to engage in deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

Such action may include:

• content removal;
• warnings;
• account restrictions;
• suspension of creator privileges;
• withholding of payouts where permitted by applicable law and Platform agreements;
• account termination.

The Company's decision to investigate, decline to investigate, or take enforcement action does not create any duty to subscribers and does not constitute a guarantee of creator honesty, content quality, or creator performance.

7. Refunds and Subscriber Remedies

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in Hazy Content's Refund Policy, dissatisfaction with creator content, page quality, posting frequency, advertising style, or a creator's failure to meet subscriber expectations does not entitle a subscriber to a refund from Hazy Content LLC.

Hazy Content LLC may, in its sole discretion, review complaints alleging fraud, billing errors, or serious creator misconduct, but the Company is under no obligation to issue a refund solely because a creator's page, subscription content, or promotional materials did not meet a subscriber's expectations.

8. Creator Compliance Obligations

Creators must ensure that all content advertising, page descriptions, promotional materials, subscription representations, and sales-related statements comply with:

• these Terms and this Policy;
• the Creator Agreement;
• the Community Guidelines;
• the Refund Policy;
• applicable advertising, consumer protection, and unfair trade practice laws.

Creators are solely responsible for any claims, liabilities, disputes, chargebacks, regulatory complaints, or legal actions arising out of their own representations and advertising.

9. Reporting Misleading Creator Pages

Subscribers who believe a creator has engaged in deceptive advertising, false page descriptions, bait-and-switch tactics, or materially misleading content representations may report the creator to Hazy Content at:

The Company may review reports in its sole discretion and may request relevant evidence, screenshots, purchase information, or account details.

10. No Waiver of Other Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits Hazy Content LLC's right to enforce the Terms of Service, Creator Agreement, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, or any other Platform policy.

Nothing in this Policy waives any rights or remedies available to Hazy Content LLC under applicable law.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy supplements and should be read together with the following Hazy Content policies and agreements:

• Privacy Policy
• Adult Content Disclaimer

If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service or Creator Agreement, Hazy Content LLC may interpret and apply the documents in a manner that best protects the Platform, its users, and its legal and compliance obligations.
