Compliance Statement

Hazy Content LLC is committed to preventing the publication, distribution, or transmission of content involving minors and maintains policies designed to verify that all creators using the Platform are adults.

HazyContent is a platform that enables independent creators to upload and distribute content to users. Creators are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to the creation, production, publication, and distribution of content, including age verification and recordkeeping obligations.

All creators who publish content on HazyContent represent and warrant that:

• They are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• All persons appearing in uploaded content are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• All persons appearing in uploaded content have voluntarily consented to participation;
• They maintain all records required by applicable law;
• They will provide such records to Hazy Content LLC upon request.

Creator Verification

As part of the Platform's onboarding process, creators are required to complete identity and age verification procedures.

Hazy Content LLC currently utilizes authorized service providers to assist with age and identity verification.

Verification may include collection and review of:

• Government-issued identification;
• Selfie photographs;
• Identity verification information;
• Tax and payment information;
• Additional documentation reasonably required for compliance purposes.

Recordkeeping Responsibilities

Each creator is solely responsible for maintaining any records required under applicable law regarding performers appearing in content uploaded to the Platform.

Creators must maintain accurate age verification and consent documentation for all performers appearing in their content and must provide such documentation to Hazy Content LLC upon request.

Failure to maintain required documentation may result in:

• Content removal;
• Suspension of payouts;
• Account suspension;
• Account termination;
• Referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Prohibited Content

HazyContent maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

• Content involving minors;
• Child sexual abuse material;
• Non-consensual content;
• Human trafficking;
• Exploitative content;
• Fraudulent or unlawful content.

Any suspected violation may result in immediate removal of content, termination of accounts, and cooperation with law enforcement.
