Performer Consent & Age Recordkeeping Policy

This Performer Consent & Age Recordkeeping Policy ("Policy") applies to all creators, performers, contributors, and users who upload, publish, distribute, transmit, livestream, sell, or otherwise make content available through Hazy Content ("Platform"), operated by Hazy Content LLC ("Company").

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in content removal, suspension of payouts, account suspension, permanent account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and other legal action.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that:

• All persons appearing in content are adults;
• All persons appearing in content have knowingly and voluntarily consented;
• Accurate records are maintained by creators;
• Hazy Content complies with applicable laws, regulations, payment processor requirements, and platform safety standards.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Every individual appearing in any content uploaded to Hazy Content must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created.

No exceptions are permitted.

Content involving any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

3. Creator Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for verifying the identity and age of every person appearing in their content.

Creators may not rely solely on verbal representations of age.

Creators must obtain and review valid government-issued photo identification before publishing content involving any performer.

4. Use of Third-Party Verification Providers

Hazy Content LLC utilizes Yoti as a third-party age and identity verification provider for Creator onboarding and compliance processes.

The Company's use of Yoti is intended to assist in verifying the age and identity of Platform users and Creators. However, the use of Yoti does not relieve Creators of their independent obligations under this Policy.

Creators remain solely responsible for:

• Verifying the age of every performer appearing in content;
• Obtaining valid consent documentation;
• Maintaining required records;
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

A successful verification result from Yoti does not create a presumption of legal compliance and does not eliminate a Creator's obligations under this Policy.

Hazy Content LLC reserves the right to require additional documentation beyond any verification completed through Yoti.

5. Required Age Verification Records

For each performer appearing in content, creators must maintain:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Government-issued photo identification
• Identification number where legally permissible
• Date identification was reviewed
• Confirmation that the performer was at least 18 years old when content was created

Acceptable identification includes:

• Passport
• Driver's license
• State-issued identification card
• National identity card
• Other government-issued photo identification approved by the Company

6. Required Consent Documentation

Creators must obtain written consent from every performer appearing in content.

The consent documentation must include:

• Performer's full legal name
• Date of birth
• Date of execution
• A description of the content involved
• Consent to creation of the content
• Consent to publication of the content
• Consent to distribution of the content through Hazy Content
• Signature of the performer

Electronic signatures may be accepted where legally valid.

7. Content Involving Multiple Performers

Where more than one performer appears in content, the creator must maintain separate verification and consent records for each performer.

A missing record for any performer may result in removal of the entire content item.

8. AI-Generated and Synthetic Media Consent

In addition to all other performer consent requirements, creators who upload AI-generated, AI-assisted, or synthetically modified content depicting an identifiable individual represent and warrant that they possess the express written authorization of that individual for the creation, modification, publication, distribution, and commercialization of such content.

Creators may not use the face, voice, likeness, image, identity, or other personally identifying characteristics of any individual within AI-generated or synthetic media without documented consent.

Hazy Content LLC may require creators to provide copies of applicable consent documentation as part of compliance reviews, payment processor investigations, legal proceedings, or content moderation investigations.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in content removal, payout suspension, account suspension, account termination, or other enforcement action permitted by the Platform's Terms of Service.

9. Record Retention

Creators must maintain age verification and consent records:

• For as long as the content remains available on the Platform; and
• For at least seven (7) years following removal of the content, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Records must remain accurate, complete, and accessible throughout the retention period.

10. Company Requests for Documentation

Hazy Content LLC may request age verification or consent documentation at any time.

Creators must provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company.

Failure to provide requested records may result in:

• Content removal
• Suspension of payouts
• Account suspension
• Account termination

11. Prohibited Conduct

Creators may not:

• Upload content involving minors
• Upload content where age cannot be verified
• Upload content without documented consent
• Alter or falsify records
• Submit forged identification
• Submit forged consent documentation
• Misrepresent the identity or age of any performer

12. Investigations

The Company reserves the right to investigate any content or account where:

• Age verification concerns arise;
• Consent concerns arise;
• Fraud is suspected;
• Legal obligations require investigation.

The Company may remove content pending investigation.

13. Reporting Violations

Users who believe content violates this Policy may report the content through Platform reporting tools or by contacting:

legal@hazycontent.com

Reports involving potential minors or non-consensual content receive priority review.

14. Cooperation with Authorities

The Company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, payment processors, financial institutions, and other authorized entities where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate violations.

15. No Limitation of Other Policies

This Policy supplements and does not replace:

• Terms of Service
• Creator Agreement
• Privacy Policy
• Copyright Policy
• Community Guidelines

All policies apply concurrently.
